
Ingredients
- Salmon
- Rice
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Soy sauce
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Dried seaweed
- Sesame seeds
Method
- Cook rice in rice cooker
- Chop cucumber and avocado
- Cook salmon
- Once rice is cooked place it in bowl, and place salmon, avocado, and cucumber on top
- Drizzle contents of bowl with soy sauce and Kewpie mayonnaise
- Scrunch dried seaweed and spinkle on top, also sprinkle sesame seeds on top. All done enjoy!
