
Ingredients
- Rice
- Grilled salmon
- Iceburg lettuce strips
- Cut cucumber
- Cut carrot
- Mayonaise
- Seedweed sheets
- Lumpfish caviar
- Liquid sushi seasoning
Method
- Use the leftover rice that was booked yesterday.
- Transfer the rice to a small bowl and add half a teaspoon of sushi seasoning.
- Put it in the microwave for 1 min.
- Take it out and mix it well. Leave to cool.
- Take 1 skin of salmon fillets and wash it.
- Put it on a paper towel and dry it.
- Use the medium high stove fire to hear up a shallow pan. Wait for about 1 minute then spray the pan with a bit of cooking oil.
- Put the fish into the pan and grill ech side for about 40 second. When the exterior appears cooked, transfer the fish to a plate and wait for it to cool.
- Meanwhile, wash and slice the cucumber, carrot and lettuce into strips.
- Put them into a plate. Take the salmon and Cut it into thick pieces.
- Take the rice onto the sheet and all the ingriedients ( except the caviar and mayonaise) and place them in a few rows on the side closest to yourself.
- Roll the sushi up tight using the sushi mat. Cut it into six to equal pieces.
- Put it on a plate. Put on a small amount of caviar and mayonaise if you want. Serve with sushi soy sauce.
