
Ingredients
- Salmon fillets
- Soba noodles
- Soba noodle sauce (tsuyu)
- Cucumber, pea sprouts and seaweed for garnish (optional)
- Onsen Egg (Optional)
Method
- Pan sear salmon, skin side down first so that it'll be crispy
- Cook soba noodles in boiling water according to package instructions
- Drain and cool soba noodles in an ice bath
- Combine salmon and soba noodles. Add garnishes and drizzle soba noodle sauce on top!
