
Ingredients
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 tspn Chilli flakes
- 3 tspn light soy sauce
- 1 tspn Rice wine vinegar
- 2 tspn Grapeseed oil
- 1 tspn Monk fruit sugar
- 1/2 tspn Sesame oil
- 300g Salmon skinless
- 2 spring onion sliced thin
- 1 carrot julienned
Method
- If salmon has skin then remove it and slice salmon thinly and arrange on a plate
- Mix the first 7 ingredients and half of the spring onion together and pour over the salmon making sure all salmon gets covered
- Top with remaining spring onion and carrot and serve.It’s a great entree dish
