- Salmon
- Salt
- Vinegar
- Obento Sushi * Sashi sauce
- Wasabi
Method
- Clean salmon by rising it with clean water
- Cover it with salt, and rest it in a fridge for 60 mins
- Wash it with vinegar, and dry it with a paper towel
- Mix Obento Sushi * Sashi sauce with Wasabi
- Slice salmon and have it with the sauce
