- Kewpie Mayonnaise wasabi flavour
- Kewpie Mayonnaise
- Salmon
- Wasabi peas
- Red Cabbage
- Spring onion
- Radish
- Carrot sticks
- Cucumber slices
- Black rice
- Brown rice
- Pickled ginger
- Salt and pepper
- Squeeze of lime
- Drizzle of oil
- Sesame seeds
Method
- Prep ingredients and place them in separate bowls to make it easier to assemble.
- Put both rices in the rice cooker, follow instructions on your rice cooker to cook rice correctly.
- Drizzle your oil on a fry pan and cook salmon until the centre is slightly pink and the skin is crispy.
- Place your rice and salmon on a plate or bowl and assemble your other ingredients around them.
- Squirt your mayonnaises on top of your salmon. Grind your salt and pepper and squeeze your lime. For garnish add a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
