- Salmon sashimi - 1 fillet sliced into cubes
- 1/2 cucumber chopped
- 1/2 Red onion sliced
- 1 cup of rice (white or brown)
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- 1/2 cup edemame beans
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Crispy shallots
