- Salmon
- Sushi rice
- Obento sushi seasoning
- Kewpie
- Kewpie sesame dressing
- Avocado
- Cucumber
- Iceberg lettuce
- Edamame
- Kikkoman poke sauce
Method
- Prepare sushi - cook in rice cooker per instructions. Once cooked cool and then add 6 tbs sushi seasoning.
- Prepare veg - remove seeds from cucumber and slice, slice avocado, cut lettuce. Drain edamame from tin.
- Add rice to bowl. Add veg, all in piles next to each other.
- Top with kewpie and kewpie seasoning
