
Ingredients
- Sliced smoked salmon
- Radish
- Avocado
- Carrot
- Cucumber
- Rice
- Kewpie Mayo
Method
- Slice the radishes, cucumbers into small pieces.
- Dice the avocado
- Use a peeler to slice long thin slices of carrot
- Cook a cup of rice in your rice cooker for 10-15 minutes
- Place the rice in a bowl. Arrange the salmon and vegetables on top of the rice.
- Top with kewpie mayo. You might like to add sesame seeds to finish!
