
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon white (shiro) miso paste
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 200g steak
- 1 cucumber
- 2 spring onions
- Avocado
Method
- Mix Miso dressing together and set aside;1 tablespoon white (shiro) miso paste2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar1 tsp honey 1 tsp freshly grated ginger2 tbsp soy sauce1 tsp sesame oil
- Cook Soba noodles as per packet, strain and cool under a tap of running cold water.
- Cook steak to your liking and slice into strips. Slice avocado, cucumber and spring onions to desired salad size
- Combine the noodles, dressing with the steak, avocado, cucumber and spring onion in a large bowl and serve
