
Ingredients
- Wonton papers
- Red onion
- Kimchi
- Salmon
- Sriracha Kewpie Mayonnaise
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Place salmon on a an oven tray and cook for 10-15 minutes
- On a baking tray, place wonton papers and lightly spray with oil. Cook until Golden brown
- While the wontons and salmon are cooking, dice red onion
- Once cooked, cut salmon into small bite sized pieces
- Top cooked wonton papers with kimchi, red onion, salmon and drizzle with sriracha kewpie mayonnaise
