- Sushi rice
- Rice vinegar
- Kewpie mayo plain and sriracha flavoured
- Salmon
- Avo
- Nori papers
Method
- Cook sushi rice. Add rice vinegar. Allow to cool.
- Put all your ingredients together- rice, mayo ,avo, salmon into a sushi bazooka. Close device, compact your ingredients then shoot them onto the sushi paper. Roll, cut and serve !!!
