Method
- Cook salmon (coated with dukkah) in the oven for 14 minutes on 180
- Steam broccoli and snow peas for 4 minutes
- In a fry pan on medium heat, Cook the asparagus and zucchini for 6 minutes or until cooked
- Place greens in a bowl, place salmon on top and cover with delicious kewpie mayonnaise and serve
