Salmon and Cucumber Sushi

Ingredients

• Obento Yaki Nori
• Obento Mirin Seasoning
• Obento Sushi Rice
• Fresh Salmon
• Cucumber
• Soy Sauce

Method

1. Cook Obento Sushi Rice according to packet instructions
2. Cut fresh salmon and cucumber into thin strips
3. Add Obento Mirin Seasoning and salt to room temperature rice and mix well
4. Place a layer of rice on top of a sheet of Yaki Nori and assemble with fresh salmon and cucumber
5. Use bamboo roller to roll sushi into a perfect roll
6. Cut into slices and assemble on a plate. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi. Enjoy!
