- Salmon x 2 fillets 400 gramsCrab meat 100 grmsOnion chppedGarlic mincedGinger minced2 x carrots chopped1 x large potatoe choppedLemon juice (1 lemon)Fish SauceWasabiOlive oil
Method
- Saute Onion, garlic, ginger in 2 tablespoons of olive oilAdd chopped carrots and potatoe and 1 litre of water , 2 tablespoons of fish sauce.Cook until soft about 10 minutes.Blend with a hand blender until smooth.Add the Fish cut in blocks and the Crab meat. Cook on high heat for around 5 minute until salmon is just cooked Plate up and dress with a wasabi, oil and lemon dressing.
