
Ingredients
- Egg noodles
- Pork mince
- Edamame
- Ginger
- Coriander
- Spring onion
- Roasted sesame dressing
- Cucumber
- Carrot
- Rice Wine vinegar
- Salt
Method
- Cook noodles per packed instructions but add frozen edamame for the last minute
- Cook pork mince until cooked through, add ginger, shallots, roasted sesame dressing and coriander roots
- Cut cucumber and carrot into matchsticks
- Serve noodles and edamame topped with pork mince mixture, carrot, cucumber, spring onion and coriander leaves.
- Dribble some rice wine vinegar over the lot
