Method
- Cook and marinate chicken with teriyaki marinade hoisin and sweet chilli sauce.
- Cut up all the filling. Slice the cucumbers, grate the carrot, roughly chop mint ,coriander, shallots and lettuce.
- To make sauce combine all ingredients and adjust by taste.
