
Ingredients
- 6 Rice paper rolls
- Vermicelli noodles
- Shredded bbq chicken
- 1 bunch Coriander
- 1/4 Red cabbage
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Avocado
- 3 tablespoons Kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Oyster sauce
Method
- Sit noodles in hot water for 5 minutes
- Shred chicken and finely slice ingredients
- Mix together the kewpie mayonnaise and oyster sauce. Adjust the amount of oyster sauce to your liking
- Soak rice paper roll in warm water for 3 minutes
- Layer all ingredients and top with the mayonnaise
- Tightly wrap and enjoy
