- Rice cake
- Dumplings
- Spring onion
- Sesame oil
- Beef Bone Broth
- Garlic
- Salt and Pepper
- Black seasme
Method
- Soak the rice cake for 5 minutes and boil a pot of water in the mean time
- When the water is boiled, put some salt and pepper. Then put in some beef bone broth, put some mince garlic.
- Put the dumplings and rice cakes in the soup and continue to boil for about 5 minutes.
- Chop some garlic onions and wait for the Rice Cake Soup to cook.
- Bowl the rice cake soup and decorate It with some chopped spring onion, dry black seaseme and last but not least, season It up with Yes Pure Sesame Oil as the last step and enjoy this Korean delicacy just before the Korean New Year!
