
Ingredients
- Sushi Rice
- Taki Nori
- Tuna
- Avocado
- Chicken Tenders
- Cucumber
- Sesame Seeds
Method
- Prepare 2 cups of sushi rice as per directions on your rice cooker.
- Once cooked, add sushi seasoning, mix and chill for 2 hours
- Start with Nori, shiny side down and spread one and a half palm fills of rice onto Nori. Use fingers to spread do not use palms.
- Add desired filling longwise.
- Place the sushi onto Bamboo mat. Bring the bottom edge of Nori onto the bottom edge of the bamboo mat, and roll. Take care not to roll bamboo into the sushi.
- Cut to size and enjoy
