Red Duck Curry with Lychees

- Cooked Duck
- Can lychees
- Coconut cream
- Basil
- Lime leaves
- Cherry tomatoes
- Red curry paste
Method
- Fry curry paste
- Add coconut cream and simmer
- Add duck, lychees, lime leaves and tomato
- Simmer to reduce sauce then add basil to finish
