
Ingredients
- HakuBaku Organic Ramen Noodles
- Mushrooms
- Vegan Chicken
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Red Capsicum
- Olives
- Olive Oil
- Flat Leaf Parsley
- Onion
Method
- Heat up Frypan with Onions and Mushrooms in Olive Oil
- Throw in Vegan Chicken pieces to the pan
- Wash and cut up salad ingredients, rough chopping the cucumber, tomato & capsicum
- On a seperate pot, boil some water from cold and once bubbling, throw in the HakuBaku Organic Ramen Noodles
- After 2-3 minutes, take the noodles from the pot, strain them and throw them into your serving bowls
- Once the chicken and Mushrooms are at the right texture, throw some olives in (Sliced from whole) just for the last 20 seconds or so in the pan
- Add the chicken and mushrooms to your noodle bowl
- Add the salad ingredients to your noodle bowl
- Lastly splash a tiny amount of olive oil and parsley (ripped with hands) onto the bowl and mix through
- Serve!
