- Bamboo Rice
- Tofu
- Onions
- Bok Choy
- Spring Onion
- Kecap Manis ( Sweet soy Sauce )
- Soy Sauce
- Rice Wine Vinegar
- Sesame Oil
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Rice vine vinegar
- Cashews
- Vegetable oil
- Soy Sauce
- Sprouts
Method
- Cook Bamboo Rice as per the instructions.
- Heat up pan with vegetable oil and onions , add Tofu.
- Cut garlic, ginger and Bok Choy.
- Combine Sesame oil, Rice wine Vinegar, Kecap Manis, Soy Sauce, Ginger and Garlic.
- Add Bok Choy, the sauce and cashews to the Tofu, let it cook for a few minutes.
- When the Rice is done, serve the dish and top with cashews, sprouts and Kecap Manis. Enjoy !
