- Ginger, wasabi, sushi soy sauce
Method
- Cook sushi rice as per packet instructions. Add sushi seasoning Let cool Mix tuna and kewpie mayo together and cool in fridge
- Cover your sushi rolling mat in glad wrap Add half sushi rice on nori sheet Add a line of tuna and avocado Serve with wasabi, ginger and sushi soy sauce Best if you wait 10-15 mins cooled so nori absorbs rice moisture Enjoy
