
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sushi Rice
- 1 1/2 Cups of Water
- 2.5 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 Tablespoon Rice Wine
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 4 Yaki Nori Sheets
- 1 Avocado thinly sliced
- Tin of Tuna
- Kwipie Mayonnaise
Method
- Rinse rice until the water runs clear. Add 1 1/2 cups of water and simmer for 10 minutes until all of the water has absorbed.
- Whilst the rice is cooking mix the rice vinegar, rice wine, sugar and salt.
- Start rolling the sushi. Place 1 Nori sheet on your Sushi Mat. Cover with rice leaving a 2 cm space at the end
- Add your tuna, mayonnaise and avocado and roll.
- Once rolled cut with a wet knife.
- Enjoy your Sushi with soy, ginger and more mayo.
