
Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen Veg
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 cup Jasmine Rice
- 1 Pack Golden Curry Japanese Curry Mix
- Crumbed Steak (optional - can also be substituted for Chicken Schnitzel)
- Vegetable Oil
- Water
Method
- Rinse 1 cup of rice until water runs clean. Once complete, place in pot with 2 cups of water to boil until ready.
- While rice is cooking, place vegetable oil and vegetables into secondary pot to lightly fry for 2-3 minutes.
- After lightly frying vegetables, add 540ml of water to pot. Once boiling, start to add your curry pack one block at a time until completely dissolved. Leave to simmer until rice finishes cooking.
- While sauce and rice finish cooking, place crumbed steak (or meat alternative) into fry pan and cook until complete
- Once everything is finished cooking, serve and enjoy!
