
Ingredients
- S&B Curry sauce with vegetables
- 10ml of Yeos Sesame oil
- 100-200g of Crumbed Fish or Protein of choice.
- 1x 125g Sunrice Brown Rice & Quinoa microwave cup.
Method
- Pre heat your oven to 220°c (200°c if fan forced). Once to temperature place in your fish and set to 20min turning halfway. If you aren't a fan of fish swap it out for any protein of your choice.
- After 10 minutes put your packet of S&B Curry Sauce into a small pot with enough water to cover the packet halfway. Then set a hot plate to gentle boil the water.
- At 15 minutes place your microwave and cook for 40sec and once cooked add in the 10ml of Yeos sesame oil and stir. Let it sit to absorb the flavor.
- At 19 minute's take out the S&B Curry Sauce and let cool for a minute.
- 20 minutes your fish (or protein of choice) should be done. From here plate your rice and fish then pour over the S&B Curry Sauce. Now Enjoy!
