
Ingredients
- 95g of Tinned Tuna
- 125g of Cooked White Rice
- 25g Wasabi Peas
- 25g Kewpie Mayonnaise
- 1-2x Teaspoons of Crispy Chilli Oil (to preference)
- 1x Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
- 2x Sheets of Obento Yaki Nori for Sushi
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Method
- Combine rice, tuna, mayonnaise, soy sauce, salt and pepper in a bowl until mixed.
- Top with wasabi peas and chilli oil.
- Break yaki nori sheets into strips and serve, loosely rolling the tuna mixture into yaki nori sheets.
