
Ingredients
- 150 gr firm tofu diced
- 2 eggs
- Leftover cooked chicken, or sausages or prawn or bacon (optional)
- 5 table spoon ABC sweet soy sauce
- 2 table spoon cooking oil or butter
- Birdseye chillies (optional)
Method
- Mix eggs, tofu and chicken pieces in a bowl. Mix like for making omelette or scramble egg.
- Heat a little bit of cooking oil in a wok or pan. Pour the mix into the wok. Let it cook for 1 or 2 minutes
- Scramble the tofu, chicken and egg mix lightly to cover tofu and chicken with egg. Add chillies.
- Once eggs dry and cooked add the sweet soy sauce. Stir gently until even. Let it cook for another 2 minutes for the mix to absorb the soy sauce. Add more soy sauce to taste.
- Ready to serve with steam rice, noodles or mashed potato and garnish. Delicious without adding any other spice.
