
Ingredients
- 1 packet S&B GOLDEN CURRY JAPANESE CURRY MIX
- 6 beef sausages (or meat of your choice)
- 1 large onion
- 3 carrots
- 4 potatoes
- 1.5 cups white rice
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Method
- Preparation:Cut the potatoes, carrots, and sausages into bite sized chuncks and dice the onions.
- Cooking:Stir-fry meat and vegetables with oil in a large skillet on medium heat for approximately 5 minutes.
- Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender, or approximately 15 minutes.
- Measure and wash your rice well. Cook in rice cooker with 3 cups of water and let it cook.
- Turn the heat off, break S&B GOLDEN CURRY inti pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until curry mixes are completely melted. Simmer for approximately 5 minutes or until rice is finished cooking. Stir constantly.
- Dish up! Serve hot over a bowl of white rice and enjoy.
