
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 500g pork mince
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee brand Char Siu sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 can of Valcom water chestnuts (sliced), diced roughly
- 3 spring onions chopped
- 50g vermicelli noodles softened in boiling water, then drained
- 2 tbsp of crushed peanuts
- lettuce leaves for wrapping
Method
- Heat the oil and quick fry the garlic, then add the pork mince and brown.
- Add in grated ginger, Char Siu sauce, soy sauce, chestnuts and spring onions. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Add in noodles and peanuts and give a quick stir.
- Serve with lettuce leaves to make wraps.
