
Ingredients
- Arborio rice 2 cups
- Tablespoon oil
- 2 leaves purple cabbage
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 carrot cut in long thin slices
- 1 cucumber cut in long thin slice
- 1 avocado cut in slices
- Obento Yaki nori
- Obento sushi seasoning 6 x tablespoons
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Canned tuna
Method
- Cook rice using absorption method add cabbage leave to colour the rice. If rice doesn't colour enough you can use food colouring
- Let rice cool and then add obento sushi seasoning
- Spread cooled rice over yaki nori add filling. You can mix it up swapping cucumber and avocado with the tuna
- Roll tight using mat or baking paper, slice.
