- Kewpie Mayonnaise
- Bao buns
- Pulled pork
- Finely shredded slaw
- Coriander
- Shredded carrot
- Sliced spring onion
- Picked ginger
- Ho sin sauce
Method
- Put steamer on to boil with boiled water from the kettle. Add Bao buns to steamer with baking paper under them, and cook for 10mins.
- Place pulled pork into a small saucepan. Heat gently. Stir regularly.
- While pork is warming, prep salad ingredients. Place slaw, picked ginger and rinsed coriander on a platter. Finely slice spring onion and grate carrot. Add to platter.
- Open kewpie mayo and add to platter.
- Add hoisin sauce (1-2 tbsp) to pan and heat pulled pork. Allow pork to get sticky and hot.
- Once pork is hot, serve in a bowl. Put Bao buns on a plate to serve. And salad platter with kewpie mayo on the table too. Enjoy.
