Ingredients
- Yakitori sauce
- Teriyaki marinade
- Pulled beef (marinated in teryaki)
- Zucchini
- Carrots
- Rice noodles
- Dumplings
Method
- Cooked beef in slow cooker with marinade for 8hrs. Pull apart and set aside.
- Heat beef stock and add yakitori sauce in a large pot.
- Steam dumplings and place in a large bowl.
- Slice or grate carrot and zucchini and add to boiling stock mix for 2min.
- Add noodles to pot, cook for 3min. Add beef to pot.
- Place altogether in the bowl and enjoy.
