
Ingredients
- Slow cooked pulled BBQ pork pack (precooked)
- Coleslaw bag (classic or rainbow)
- Vietnamese rolls (or any crusty roll)
- Kewpie mayonnaise
Method
- Warm up pulled pork as per package instructions in microwave
- Wash coleslaw in colander
- Slice Vietnamese rolls 85% of the way down with a sharp bread knife
- Layer a few tablespoons of pulled pork at the bottom of the roll and place a generous amount of coleslaw on top
- Squiggle Kewpie Mayo over the slaw for extra zing!
