
Ingredients
- 250grams raw prawns peeled and deveined
- 1 TSP Valcom sliced kaffir lime leaves
- 1 TSP Squid Fish Sauce
- 1/2 Jar Valcom Laksa Paste
- 1/2 can Valcom Coconut Cream.
- 1 TSP Lee KUM Kee Soy Sauce
- 1 TSP Sesame oil
- 1/2 pkt Vermicelli rice noodles
- 6 wonton wrappers cut into 1 Centre meter strips.
- 1 TSP Ginger Opp.
- 1 cup Bean shoots.
Method
- Cook Rice Noodles drain and keep warm
- Heat oil add prawns and ginger , cook 2 minutes add all other ingredients , stir well. Add 1 cup of water to soup . Stir in Noodles.
- heat oil and cook wonton strips until golden and crunchy.
- Serve Laksa Soup in Bowls and top with Wonton Chips.
