
Ingredients
- Laksa Paste
- Prawns
- Coconut Milk
- Bean Sprouts
- Snow peas
- Rice Noodles
- Coriander
- Red Chillies
- Seafood stock
Method
- Heat half jar 115grams Paste until fragrant
- Add 150ml coconut milk and 100ml seafood stock
- Add 5 to 6 raw prawns. Cook for 2 mins
- Soak rice noodles for one bowl in boiling water for 5 mins
- Add drained noodles, sliced peas, handful of bean sprouts, handful of coriander into a bowl
- Pour laksa and prawn mixture into noodle bowl
- Garnish with fresh coriander, bean sprouts and sliced red chillies
