
Ingredients
- 250g prawns raw
- 1 head broccoli cut into small florets
- 1 tbl seseme oil
- 6 tbl soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- Knob of ginger grated
- 1 tbl chilli oil plus extra for serving
- 1 Tbl seaseme seeds
- Spring onion green, thinly sliced
- Lime wedges
- 1 x pkt Hakubaku organic soba noodles
Method
- Prepare noodles by boiling for 3 min rapid boil and rinsed in cold water
- Blanch the broccoli for 1 min in boiling water
- Combine the sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and chilli oil
- Toast sesame seeds in large dry frypan or wok for a minute, then add 2 tbl sunflower oil then add broccoli and prawn and stirfry on high untill.prawns turn pink and broccoli still crunchy
- Add the chilli suace mixture and cook for a minute to coat.
- Add noodles and stir fry till warmed through and sauced
- Serve with a sprinkle of spring onion and lime wedge. Add chilli oil to taste.Enjoy!
