
Ingredients
- Pork Mince
- Peanut oil
- 1 Carrot
- 5 Baby Corn
- 100 gram water chest nut
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 Onion
- 5 Mushrooms
- Soy Sauce / Oyster Sauce / Sesame Oil / water
- 1 Ginger
- Peanuts
- Iceberg lettuce
- Kewpie mayo
- Spring onions
Method
- Mix Sauce
- Heat oil in large pan
- Add diced garlic and ginger, give it a nice quick stir and add onion
- Cool until browned then and pork mince. Cook pork mince until white
- Add Al the diced vegetables. Cook until carrot is softened
- Add sauce and further cook until it is thickened
- Transfer filling into opened lettuce leaves
- Add peanuts and spring onions
- Kewpie mayo to finish!
