
Ingredients
- 100g Baby Spinach
- 2 Boiled Eggs
- 1 Nori Sheet
- 1 Pack Raman Noodles
- 200g Precooked Sliced Pork
- 4 tbs Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Chinese 5 Spice
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
- 700ml Chicken Stock
- Thumb sized piece of Ginger
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
Method
- Mix chicken stock, garlic, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, ginger, Chinese five spice and 300ml water in a stockpot, bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 mins.
- Cook ramen noodles following the pack instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Divide the noodles between two bowls. Top each with half of the meat, spinach, and two boiled egg halves each. Divide the stock between the two bowls. Sprinkle half a shredded nori sheet over the top and serve
