- Marinate pork in mix of Chinese five spice garlic ginger rice wine vinegar and Kecap manis. Cook pork then pineapple and book Choy
- Combined pork with pineapple and bok choy stir fry to mix together then serve on top of brown rice with a drizzle of rice wine vinegar and kecap mania mixed as a dressing
