
Ingredients
- Thai rice noodles
- Green beans
- Pork mince
- Soy sauce
- Abc sweet soy sauce
- Fish sauce
- Sesame oil
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Shallots
- Bok choy
- Red chilli
- Lime
Method
- Brown mince
- Boil water and soak noodles for 15mins along with green beans in separate bowl.
- Mix in ginger and garlic with mince until fragrant
- Add ABC sweet soy sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil. Leave mince to simmer with sauces.
- Once green beans are soft, add to mince.
- Add chilli, bok choy and shallots to mixture. Stir and leave to simmer for 2-3mins
- When bok choy is wilted, add the Thai rice noodles to dish.
- Garnish with lime slices.
- Enjoy!
