
Ingredients
- Panko Bread Crumbs
- Pork Steaks
- Rice
- Green Cabbage
- Pickled Ginger
- Plain Flour
- Egg x 2
- Sesame Dressing
- Katsu Sauce
Method
- Cook 2 cups of rice with 2 and a half cups of water in a rice cooker.
- Place down 3 plates, one with plain flour, one with egg wash and one with panko bread crumbs.
- Coat each pork steak in the flour, then the egg wash, then the panko crumb.
- Place the panko pork steaks into the air fryer at 200°C for 15 minutes.
- Once rice and pork are cooked make a bed of rice in a bowl, cut pork into strips and place onto rice bed, add your cabbage and pickled ginger then drizzle the katsu sauce on top.
