
Ingredients
- 250gm pork mince
- 3/4 cup thinly sliced wombok
- 1/2 small carrot, finely grated
- 1 green onion thinly sliced
- 2cm piece fresh ginger. finely grated.
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce.
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 30 pack gyoza wrappers
- 1 tblspn veg oil
- Abc sweet soy sauceKecap manis for dipping sauce.
Method
- Combine mince wombok, carrot, onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, hoisin sauce,and sesame oil in a bowl. Place wrappers on a work surface and place 2tspn mixture in one half of wrapper wet edges with water, fold over today encase filling, pleat edges together to seal. Heat oil, arrange dumplings in pan and cook 1 minute each side or until slightly browned. Add 1/2 cup cold water to pan, place kid on pan and cook for 4-5 minutes or until tender. Transfer to plate and serve with ABC sweet soy sauce, kecap manis
