
Ingredients
- 250gm Pork mince
- 2tbsp sesame oil
- 4tbsp lee kum kee soy sauce
- 1tbsp ginger grated
- 4 garlic cloves grated
- 1 egg whisked
- 1 pack 30 pack Gyoza wraps
- 1/8 cup water
Method
- Place pork,ginger,garlic,soy,sesame oil and egg in a bowl
- Mix thoughly together
- Over a large pot of water place bamboo steamer and bring water to a boil, spray steamer bases with cooking oil so dumplings dont stick
- Place tsps of mixture in middle of gyoza wraps, brush some water around edges and fold over and crimp closed
- Place dumplings in steamer and steam for 10minutes
