
Ingredients
- Rice Noodles
- 500g Pork Mince
- 2 Bunches Basil
- Ghee
- Chilli
- Garlic
- Water Chestnuts
- Bamboo Shoots
- Zucchini Diced
- Green Capsicum Diced
- 1.5 TBSP Oyster Sauce
- 1.5 TBSP Hoisin Sauce
Method
- Cook Noodles as per instructions and set aside
- Heat ghee one frying pan
- Add in pork mince and brown
- Add in vegetables and Chilli, Garlic
- Add in your bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, sauces, basil and rice noodles and toss for a few minutes.
- Serve with extra basil & chilli ENJOY
