
Ingredients
- 500 grms pork mince
- Fish sauce
- Wasabi
- Mayonnaise
- Minced garlic 1 tsp
- Minced Ginger 1 tablespoon
- 1 rablespoon sweet chili sauce
- Lettuce and cucumber for salad
Method
- Mix mince, fish sauce , beaten egg, 1 Tablespoon fish sauce, garlic and ginger and breadcrumbs in a bowl
- Roll tablespoons of the mince into balls.Place in a steamer and steam for 12minutes on high.
- Mix 1/2 cup of mayo with 1 tsp of wasabi in a small bowl.This is the dressing/ dipping sauce for your steamed balls
- Serve with a green salad
