
Ingredients
- Ramen noodles
- Miso
- Pork mince
- Chicken stock
- Corn
- Leek
Method
- Chop and fry leek and corn in saucepan
- Remove, then fry pork in oil and garlic
- Remove, then bring to boil chicken stock, soy sauce and sesame oil, reduce to simmer then stir in miso and spoon of sugar
- Bring water to boil then cook ramen noodles for 4 minutes
- Add pork/corn/leek mix to noodles and broth, serve with black sesame seeds (and chili flakes for adults)
