
Ingredients
- Obento Ponzu Sauce
- Mahi Mahi fish
- Long grain Rice (or cauliflower rice)
- Asparagus
Method
- Marinate Mahi Mahi fillets for 10 mins with the Ponzu sauce
- Sear fish for 3 minutes each side
- Steam asparagus for 3 mins
- steam rice until cooked (I used cauliflower rice in microwave for 2.5min)
