
Ingredients
- One piece of Salmon
- 1 cup of Jasmine rice
- Kewpie Mayo
- Soy sauce
- 30 grams Crispy shallots
- 2 Spring onions
- 1 Cucumber
- Small bunch of Coriander
- Small bunch of Vietnamese mint
- One Red onion
Method
- Cook rice
- Cook salmon on bbq or stove top
- Cut up vegetables in desired sizes ( recommended to peel cucumber into thin slices for best taste)
- Cut up the herbs into small pieces
- Place rice in bowl
- Cut up salmon into small pieces
- Put salmon, vegetables and herbs on top of the rice
- Add a few drops of soy sauce
- Drizzle with kewpie Mayo (normal or wasabi)
- Sprinkle crispy shallots all over and the poke bowl is complete!
